At VaraPure, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Should our products not meet your expectations, you're welcome to initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Your happiness matters to us!

Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. VaraPure will the refund the cost of the product itself but not the return shipping cost and a $10 USD re-stocking and admin fee will apply.

Returns must include the original packaging, all accessories, user manual, quick start guide, etc.

If the product does not meet the above requirements, we cannot process your return request.

We cannot process a refund request for items outside of this 30-day window.

If you received the wrong item or wrong quantity of items, please contact us.  

In the case that your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be issued after validation from your local post office/courier and it the customers responsibility to acquire this validation. Refunds will not be issued.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment.

Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
